It is easy to understand how Access Control and CCTV work in unison with each other but what about Time and Attendance? A typical setup would be to use a Keri Access System Time and Attendance terminal with your Access System. Advantek Solutions has developed a direct, seamless interface from our Time and Attendance System to the Keri Access Control System. This allows Timeand Attendance to move the punches from readers designated as Time and Attendance to the Time and Attendance System. These punches are then applied to the employee's time cards.
Another option is to use a Time and Attendance Data Collection terminal configured with a Keri Proximity reader. Even though this eliminates the need to move punches from Keri to Time and Attendance, it does allow you to use the same proximity badge or key tag for both Access Control and Time and Attendance.
Regarding those badges, the Keri Photo ID system completes total integration. It gives you the ability to create custom badges for both Access Control and Time and Attendance with company logo, employee pictures, and other information on your proximity badges. These systems can also print a bar code to create a "dual technology" badge with both proximity and bar code.
